1. 주요업무
- 일본 인플루언서 매니지먼트, 발굴
- 담당 일본 인플루언서 영입, 통역, 공동 구매 일정 관리 등
- 해외사업팀 업무전반
- 일본 CS관리

2. 자격요건
- 일본어 원어민
- 화장품에 관심있는 분(K-뷰티)
- 소통을 잘하는 분
- 업무에 대해 열린 마음
- 모르는 분야에 대해 수용적인 분

3. 우대사항
- 관련분야 업무경험 및 근무 경험자 우대
- 컴퓨터 활용 능력 중급 이상 (인터넷활용, 정보검색, Microsoft Office 등)
- 관련분야 활동 경험자 우대
- 한국어 구사능력 중급(TOPIK 5급 이상)

4. 기타사항
- 인턴 3개월 후 내부평가에 따라 정규직으로 전환
- 정규직 전환 시 E-7 비자 발급에 맞는 급여 수준으로 대폭 상승 예정
- 담당 인플루언서 매출액 대비 성과급 지급
