2. Health Service
The University Health Service, the health clinic on campus, provides a full range of confidential, high quality primary healthcare
services for staff and students. The team of experienced professionals combine routine healthcare with specialty clinics that focus
on key health concerns. Experts in healthcare provide services such as medical treatment of injuries and illnesses, flu and allergy
shots, travel check-ups, counselling for stress reduction, smoking cessation, nutrition, mental health counselling and more.

3. Library
As well as books and journals, the University Library houses an impressive range of resources and facilities including electronic
resources, audio-visual and printed materials. The Library offers loans and enquiry services, study space, access to the internet,
and regularly organises a variety of cultural events.

*The Study Library is open from 06:00-01:30 the next day 365 days a year.
B. Borrowings and Returns
Members of the University can borrow on their ID card from the Loans Desk. Undergraduates can borrow a maximum of five books
for 15 days at any one time, while postgraduates ten books for 30 days. Should at any time an item on loan go over its advised return
date, a daily fine of KRW 50 is imposed.

1. Eligibility
- Applicants for a master’s course must have obtained or be due to obtain a bachelor’s degree before the start of
their first term at Woosuk.
- More than level 3 in the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK)

- An original, official high school or university diploma along with transcript
- [Apostille Certificate] The documents such as Diploma & Transcript should be translated into Korean or English
and need to be notarized by a Notary Public. And then they need to be sent to the certification authority
(your country’s embassy or any certified authority) for an Apostille Certificate.
- If your country has not signed the Hague Convention abolishing the requirement of legalization for foreign
public documents, you need to send notarized documents to Korean embassy or Consulate in your country for

 If the applicants don’t have the certificate in TOPIK, they are required to take Korean language courses at
