- Ronel Laranjo 동문의 온라인 토크쇼 진행 (‘21.08.10.)

8월 10일, GKS 필리핀 동문회 회장이자 홍보사절인 Ronel Laranjo 동문(고려대학교/2011년도 초청)이 "필리핀과 한국 간 공통점의 발견"이라는 주제로 온라인 토크쇼에서 연설을 진행하였습니다. GKS 장학프로그램에 관심 있는 학생들을 대상으로 관련 정보를 제공하는 자리 또한 가졌습니다. 덧붙여 본 토크쇼가 진행된 필리핀 "Youth Week 2021"에는 약 150여명의 청소년이 참석한 것으로 알려져 있습니다.

- Online talk show hosted by alumnus Ronel Laranjo (Aug. 10, 2021)

On August 10, Ronel Laranjo (Korea University, invited in 2011), a GKS Publicity Envoy and president of the GKS Philippines Chapter, hosted an online talk show entitled “Discovering Similarities Between the Philippines and Korea.” The talk show was accompanied by an information session on the GKS program for interested students. Youth Week 2021, the event under which the talk show was featured, was participated in by approximately 150 young people.









- 필리핀 GKS 동문회, 2021 신입생 대상 오리엔테이션 개최 (‘21.08.13.)

8월 13일, 2021년에 선발된 GKS필리핀 신입생을 대상으로 한 오리엔테이션이 있었습니다. 본 행사는 주필리핀한국대사관과 GKS필리핀동문회 주관 하에 온라인으로 개최되었으며 대사관 공무원, GKS동문 및 신입생을 포함하여 총 39명 이상이 참석한 가운데 진행되었습니다. 이 자리에서 신입생을 위한 한국생활 전반에 대한 사전교육, 한국 내 필리핀 커뮤니티 등 한국생활의 원만한 적응을 위한 정보들이 소개되었습니다.

- GKS Philippines Chapter hosts orientation for incoming 2021 GKS fellows 2021 (Aug. 13, 2021)

On August 13, an orientation session was held for Filipino GKS recipients who were selected in 2021. The event, which was held online, was co-hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines and the GKS Philippines Chapter and attended by over 39 people, including embassy employees, GKS alumni, and incoming students. The event provided incoming students with the information they need to successfully adjust to life in Korea, including information on various aspects of academic and daily life as well as Filipino communities in Korea.
