Immigration Inspection and Procedures
Manual Immigration Inspection
- Immigration inspections are generally conducted separately for locals and foreigners.
- Foreigners (excluding registered foreigners) must complete an arrival card, and those subject to registration must register with the local Immigration Office within 90 days of arrival.
Exemption from Arrival Card Submission
Korean nationals, registered foreigners, and those intending to stay for over 90 days are not required to submit an arrival card.

- When reserving public transportation departing from Incheon Airport, please consider the immigration processing time (1-2 hours) after your flight's arrival.
Bus Ticketing Information
- Terminal 1: Bus ticketing and boarding information are available at both the indoor and outdoor bus ticket counters on the 1st floor of Terminal 1.
- Terminal 2: Bus ticketing and related information are available at the bus terminal located on the B1 floor of the Terminal 2 Transportation Center.

Surcharge Information
Intercity Surcharge
Incheon International Airport serves as a joint operational zone for taxis from Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi (Bucheon, Gwangmyeong, Gimpo, and Goyang only). Intercity surcharges do not apply
when traveling from the airport to these cities, but they do apply when traveling to other regions.
※Seoul and Gyeonggi Taxis: 20%; Incheon Taxis: 30%.
(Example: When traveling from Incheon Airport to Paju, the surcharge will apply starting from the point where the taxi exits Goyang City.) (Example: When traveling from Incheon Airport to

A late-night surcharge applies for taxi use between 22:00 and 04:00 (approximately 20%–40% of the fare).
